Product Description

Lipase
Description
Crafted with precision, Lipase is derived from Aspergillus niger through meticulous fermentation, extraction, and refinement. This enzyme showcases its versatility through targeted compounding, finding applications across a diverse array of industries, including food processing, leather treatment, animal feed production, papermaking, cleaning solutions, and bio-energy sectors. Its adaptable nature makes it an indispensable component in various industrial applications.
Working Mechanism
Lipase, a distinguished serine hydrolase, excels in catalyzing the hydrolysis of fatty acid glycerides, transforming them into glycerol and fatty acids. A notable aspect of this hydrolysis process is its operation at the oil-water interface. Furthermore, Lipase possesses the unique ability to catalyze both ester synthesis and transesterification reactions, broadening its functional capabilities.
Properties
1. Temperature range: This enzyme operates effectively within a broad temperature range of 30-70ºC,
demonstrating optimal performance between 55-65ºC.
2. pH range: Effective across a wide pH spectrum from 4.0-10.0,
with optimal activity occurring at a pH of 7.5.
3. Metal ions influence: The enzyme activity is notably enhanced by Ca2+ and Mg2+ , while the presence of Mn²+, Fe2+ and Zn2+ can result in inhibition. Cu2+ and EDTA have negligible impact on its enzymatic activity.
Specifications
Our enzyme is available as a brown liquid, offered at a concentration of 100000u/mL, or as a solid powder, also standardized at 100000u/g.
For the liquid enzyme, the pH is maintained between 6.0-7.5 at 25°C, with a bulk density not exceeding 1.25g/mL.
The solid enzyme's fineness is diligently controlled to ensure that a minimum of 80% passes through a 0.4mm standard sieve.
2. Enzyme activity definition: The activity of 1g of solid enzyme powder (or 1mL of liquid enzyme) is defined under specific temperature and pH conditions, where it hydrolyzes substrates to release 1u mol of titratable fatty acids per minute, equivalent to 1 unit of enzyme activity, measured in u/g (U/mL).
Conforming to the product standard: GB/T23535-2009.
Application method
1. In the realm of flour products, Lipase repairs weak gluten network linkages, bolstering dough stability and enhancing its air-retaining capacity. This results in bread with a white, lustrous core and a bright, appealing surface. The recommended dosage is 0.01-0.05kg per ton of flour, based on 100,000 units of enzyme activity. When coupled with food-grade xylanase, fungal alpha-amylase, and glucose oxidase, it significantly elevates noodle product quality.
2. Within the tanning industry, Lipase specifically targets fats in leather, softening raw materials uniformly under mild conditions and increasing yield while minimizing chemical use. It effectively reduces skin wrinkles, making it ideal for degreasing and softening processes. Recommend adding 0.02-0.06% based on raw material quality with enzyme activity of 100,000 units, and applying it at 30-40°C for 30-120 minutes. Often used in tandem with alkaline protease for optimized results.
3. By incorporating this potent enzyme into animal feed, you can unleash short-chain fats and anti-acids, thus optimizing raw material utilization and enhancing the feed's flavor profile. Typically, the dosage ranges from 0.01-0.05%, calculated based on raw material quality with an enzyme activity of 100,000 units.
4. In the innovative realm of the paper industry, lipase plays a crucial role. It is instrumental in both mechanical pulping and the deinking of waste paper. By efficiently removing triglycerides during pulping, it enhances deinking efficiency in waste paper treatment. The recommended enzyme preparation addition is 0.04-0.10L/T pulp, calibrated to an enzyme activity of 100,000 units.
Packaging and storage
The liquid form is securely encased in 25kg plastic drums, while the solid form is meticulously packaged in 20kg woven bags for optimal protection.
This product, a biologically active marvel, requires careful handling. High temperatures, strong acids, or alkalis could lead to enzyme inactivation. During transport and storage, shield liquid enzymes from sunlight, and safeguard solid enzymes against both sunlight and rain. Ensure the warehouse is pristine, cool, and dry to maintain product integrity.
