Product Description

Lipase
Description
Crafted from the renowned Aspergillus niger through meticulous fermentation, extraction, and refinement processes, Lipase emerges as a versatile powerhouse. Its targeted compounding allows it to be extensively utilized across diverse industries such as food, leather processing, feed, papermaking, washing, and bio-energy, making it an indispensable asset.
Working Mechanism
Lipase, a distinguished serine hydrolase, possesses the unique ability to catalyze the hydrolysis of fatty acid glycerides, transforming them into glycerol and fatty acids. This hydrolysis reaction excels at the oil-water interface, showcasing its pivotal role. Furthermore, Lipase is adept at catalyzing ester synthesis and transesterification reactions, broadening its applications.
Properties
1. Temperature range: The enzyme exhibits effectiveness from 30-70ºC,
With an optimum performance window between 55-65ºC, ensuring maximal efficacy.
2. pH range: It operates effectively within a pH spectrum of 4.0-10.0,
With its optimal performance nestled at a pH of 7.5.
3. Influence of metal ions: The presence of Ca2+ and Mg2+ markedly enhances enzyme activity, whereas Mn²+, Fe2+ and Zn2+ act as inhibitors, while Cu2+ and EDTA exhibit negligible influence on the enzyme's potency.
Specifications
Available in two forms: a robust brown liquid at 100000u/mL, and a fine powder at 100000u/g, catering to varied application needs.
Liquid enzyme pH (25°C): Ranges from 6.0-7.5, with a bulk density not exceeding 1.25g/mL, ensuring consistent quality.
Solid enzyme boasts a fineness with a ≥80% pass rate through a 0.4mm standard sieve, guaranteeing superior quality.
2. Enzyme Activity Definition: In specific temperature and pH conditions, 1g of solid enzyme powder (or 1mL liquid enzyme) hydrolyzes a substrate in 1 minute to produce 1u mol of titratable fatty acids, defining 1 unit of enzyme activity, measured in u/g (U/mL).
Product adheres to the stringent standards of GB/T23535-2009, ensuring unparalleled reliability.
Application Method
1. In flour products, Lipase fortifies gluten network connections, enhancing dough stability and increasing its air-retention capacity. It renders the bread core lustrously white and shiny, with a bright external appearance. The proposed dosage is 0.01-0.05kg per ton of flour (enzyme activity rated at 100,000 units). It synergizes effectively with food-grade xylanase, fungal α-amylase, and glucose oxidase to elevate noodle product quality holistically.
2. Within the tanning realm, Lipase targets fat in leather, uniformly softening raw materials under gentle conditions. This not only boosts leather yield by minimizing chemical use but also mitigates skin wrinkles, delivering evident enhancements. Commonly applied during degreasing and softening, it is used at 0.02-0.06% based on raw material quality, maintaining enzyme activity at 100,000 units, and is most effective at 30-40°C for 30-120 minutes. Pairing with alkaline protease often amplifies its beneficial effects.
3. By incorporating this innovative enzyme into feed, you can unleash the potential of short-chain fats and anti-acids, significantly boosting raw material utilization and enhancing feed flavor. The recommended dosage for optimal results is a mere 0.01-0.05% based on raw material quality, boasting enzyme activity of 100,000 units.
4. Within the paper industry, our lipase enzyme is a game-changer, revolutionizing both mechanical pulping and waste paper deinking processes. It expertly removes triglycerides from pulp during pulping and amplifies deinking efficiency when processing waste paper. For peak performance, the enzyme preparation should be added in amounts of 0.04-0.10L per ton of pulp, with an enzyme activity of 100,000 units.
Packaging and Storage
The liquid form is conveniently packed in sturdy plastic drums, each containing 25kg. The solid variant is securely stored in durable woven bags, with each bag holding 20kg.
This product is a biologically active substance. High temperatures, strong acids, and strong alkalis can cause enzyme inactivation. Therefore, during transport and storage, liquid enzymes must be shielded from sunlight, while solid enzymes require protection from both sunlight and rain. The storage warehouse must remain clean, cool, and dry for optimal preservation.
