Lipase
Description
Sourced from the renowned Asperglls niger through a meticulously controlled process of fermentation, extraction, and refinement, Lipase boasts versatility in its application. This dynamic enzyme is tailored to elevate processes across diverse industries, including food manufacturing, leather processing, animal feed, papermaking, cleaning solutions, and bio-energy sectors, ensuring enhanced performance and quality in every use.
Working Mechanism
Lipase, a distinguished member of the serine hydrolase family, orchestrates the intricate hydrolysis of fatty acid glycerides, yielding glycerol and fatty acids. The hallmark of this transformative reaction is its proficiency at the oil-water interface. Beyond this, Lipase also facilitates the synthesis of esters and transesterification reactions, expanding its utility and efficiency.
Properties
1. Temperature range: Demonstrates effective performance within a 30-70ºC range,
with an optimum temperature window of 55-65ºC for peak activity.
2. pH range: Exhibits robust activity across a pH spectrum of 4.0-10.0,
with an ideal pH level centered around 7.5 for maximum efficacy.
3. Influence of metal ions on enzyme activity: The presence of Ca2+ and Mg2+ remarkably enhances enzyme activity, while Mn²+, Fe2+ and Zn2+ are known to inhibit its performance. Meanwhile, Cu2+ and EDTA show negligible impact on its activity, allowing for versatile application.
Specifications
Available as a concentrated brown liquid at 100000u/mL or as a fine powder at 100000u/g, Lipase adapts to various formulation needs.
The liquid variant maintains a pH of 6.0-7.5 at 25°C, ensuring stability and a bulk density no greater than 1.25g/mL.
The solid form guarantees fineness with a 0.4mm standard sieve pass rate surpassing 80%, ensuring consistent quality.
2. Enzyme activity definition: 1g of solid enzyme powder or 1mL of liquid enzyme, under controlled temperature and pH, catalyzes substrate hydrolysis to yield 1u mol of titratable fatty acids per minute, denoting 1 unit of enzyme activity, expressed in u/g (U/mL).
Product standard: Compliant with GB/T23535-2009, ensuring quality and reliability.
Application Method
1. In flour applications, Lipase works wonders by reinforcing weak points in the gluten network structure, enhancing dough stability, air retention, and imparting a luminous shine to the bread core. Recommended dosage: 0.01-0.05kg/T flour. When synergized with food-grade xylanase, fungal a-amylase, and glucose oxidase, it elevates noodle product quality significantly, ensuring delightful textures and appearances.
2. Within the tanning industry, Lipase plays a pivotal role in fat processing, adeptly softening leather under gentle conditions, heightening yield while minimizing chemical usage, and visibly reducing wrinkles. Frequently used in degreasing and softening processes, its recommended addition is 0.02-0.06% based on raw material quality, optimal at 30-40°C over 30-120 minutes, often in conjunction with alkaline protease for superior results.
3. Elevate your feed's quality by integrating our specialized enzyme to unlock short-chain fats and counteract acid, significantly boosting raw material utility and enhancing feed flavor. Optimal dosage ranges from 0.01-0.05% (calculated based on raw material quality, enzyme activity 100,000 units).
4. Transform the paper industry with our lipase! In mechanical pulping and waste paper deinking, our enzyme efficiently eradicates triglycerides, thereby optimizing deinking processes. Recommended enzyme preparation: 0.04-0.10L/T pulp (enzyme activity 100,000 units).
Packaging and storage
For liquid enzymes, they are securely packed in plastic drums, 25kg each: solids are preserved in woven bags, 20kg per bag.
This product is a dynamic biological substance, sensitive to high temperatures, strong acids, and alkalies, which may lead to enzyme inactivity. Therefore, during transport and storage, liquid enzymes must be shielded from sunlight, while solid forms require protection from both sunlight and rain. Maintain a clean, cool, and dry warehouse environment.
Factory Plant
Certification
Derrick's enzyme has been certified and meets the stringent standards of international management systems, including
ISO9001, FSSC22000, KOSHER, HALAL, FAMI-QS, etc.
