Lipase
Description
Crafted through the meticulous fermentation, extraction, and refinement of Aspergillus niger, Lipase shines as a versatile and potent enzyme. With its superior targeted compounding, it seamlessly integrates into a myriad of industries, including food, leather processing, feed, papermaking, washing, and bio-energy sectors, driving efficiency and performance to new heights.
Working Mechanism
Lipase, a remarkable serine hydrolase, is renowned for its ability to catalyze the conversion of fatty acid glycerides into valuable glycerol and fatty acids. The magic of its hydrolysis takes place at the unique oil-water interface, showcasing its multifaceted prowess. In addition, Lipase extends its catalytic capabilities to include both ester synthesis and transesterification reactions, offering unparalleled versatility.
Properties
1. Temperature range: This enzyme boasts an effective operating temperature of 30-70ºC,
with an optimal performance sweet spot at 55-65ºC.
2. pH range: It operates effectively within a pH spectrum of 4.0-10.0,
with peak efficiency at a pH of 7.5.
3. The influence of metal ions on enzyme activity: Essential ions like Ca2+ and Mg2+ remarkably enhance enzyme performance, while ions such as Mn²+, Fe2+ and Zn2+ may inhibit its activity. Notably, Cu2+ and EDTA exhibit no significant impact on the enzyme's effectiveness.
Specifications
Liquid formulation: a rich brown liquid, boasting an impressive activity level of 100,000 u/mL. The solid variant manifests as a fine powder, equally potent at 100,000 u/g.
Liquid enzyme parameters include a pH of 6.0-7.5 at 25°C, with a bulk density not exceeding 1.25 g/mL.
Solid enzyme fineness is commendable, with a pass rate of ≥80% through a 0.4mm standard sieve.
2. Definition of enzyme activity: Under tailored temperature and pH conditions, 1g of solid enzyme powder (or 1mL of liquid enzyme) efficiently hydrolyzes the substrate within just one minute, yielding 1u mol of titratable fatty acids, equivalent to one unit of enzyme activity, measured in u/g (U/mL).
Product standard: Adheres to the stringent specifications of GB/T23535-2009.
Application method
1. In the realm of flour products, Lipase fortifies the gluten network, elevating dough stability and air retention. This results in bread with a bright, glossy core and an appealing, radiant appearance. Employing a dose of 0.01-0.05kg/T flour (with enzyme activity at 100,000 units), and synergizing with food-grade xylanase, fungal a-amylase, and glucose oxidase, Lipase transforms the quality of noodle products.
2. In the tanning industry, Lipase targets leather fats, gently softening materials while amplifying leather yield and diminishing chemical use. This results in a visibly smoother skin. Commonly utilized in degreasing and softening, the enzyme is applied at 0.02-0.06% (relative to raw material quality, with enzyme activity at 100,000 units) and operates optimally at 30-40°C for 30-120 minutes. For enhanced effect, it is frequently paired with alkaline protease.
3. Elevate your feed's potential with our exquisite enzyme blend. Infuse it into your feed to unleash short-chain fats and neutralize acids, thereby significantly boosting raw material utilization and enhancing feed flavor. Recommended dosage is a precise 0.01-0.05% based on the quality of raw materials, with enzyme activity reaching an impressive 100,000 units.
4. Transform the paper industry with our premium lipase! Ideal for mechanical pulping and efficient waste paper deinking, our enzyme meticulously removes triglycerides in pulp and significantly enhances deinking efficiency. The recommended enzyme preparation addition is 0.04-0.10L/T pulp, supported by an outstanding enzyme activity of 100,000 units.
Packaging and storage
Our liquid enzyme is thoughtfully packed in durable 25kg plastic drums, while the solid form is securely contained in 20kg woven bags, guaranteeing optimal preservation.
As a biologically active marvel, this product demands careful handling. Protect liquid enzymes from the harshness of sunlight, while safeguarding solid enzymes from both sunlight and rain. Ensure your storage area is pristine, cool, and dry to maintain the integrity of this invaluable enzyme preparation.
