Super Heat-resistant Xylanase

1. Optimum Reaction pH

A sample of xylanase was taken and the enzyme activity was determined under different pH conditions. The relative enzyme activity was calculated by using the enzyme activity of 100% under the condition of pH5.5, temperature 37ºC. The results are as follows: the optimum reaction pH is 5.5.

2. pH Tolerance

Xylanase samples were taken and diluted 100 times with buffer with different pH values. after 24 h at room temperature, the enzyme activity was determined. The relative enzyme activity was calculated by using 100% enzyme activity under the condition of original enzyme determination (pH5.5 , temperature 37ºC). The results are as follows.
