1. Optimum Reaction pH

Acid cellulase samples were taken to determine the enzyme activity under different pH conditions. The relative enzyme activity was calculated by using 100% enzyme activity under the condition of original enzyme determination (pH4.8, temperature 50ºC). The results are as follows: the optimum reaction pH is 4.8.

 

2. pH Tolerance

The acid cellulase sample was dissolved in buffer solution with different pH values and placed at room temperature for 24 h then shaken well and diluted to the appropriate number of times to determine the enzyme activity. The relative enzyme activity was calculated by using 100% enzyme activity under the condition of original enzyme determination (pH4.8, temperature 50ºC).
