Melamine Moulding Compound

1. Product Description
Melamine moulding compounds, marvels of thermosetting plastics, are skillfully crafted using melamine formaldehyde paired with alpha-cellulose as a filling material. This blend is enriched with a lubricant, a hardening agent, and vibrant pigments to create a versatile and durable compound.
2. Usage
Melamine moulding compounds are ideally designed for
  1. Kitchenware and exquisite dinnerware
  2. Fine and robust dishware
  3. Electrical fittings due to their excellent insulation properties
  4. Handles for pans and ovens, providing heat resistance
  5. Ashtrays, combining functionality with style
3. Storage
  1. Store in an airy, dry, and cool room. Protect from direct sunlight and moisture to maintain optimal quality.
  2. Ensure storage period does not exceed six months from the manufacturing date, keeping the temperature below 30 ºC.
  3. Conduct a test upon expiration. Products that pass can still be utilized effectively.
  4. Reseal the package promptly after opening to prevent moisture infiltration.
  5. Avoid eye contact. If splashed, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
